Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Develop a robust pipeline of accredited investors, familiarizing them with the value of private market investments along with various investment solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients, personalized to address their investment requirements effectively.
- Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with the Consumer Group top management to optimize client experience and service, particularly focusing on unique investment products.
- Client Support: Deliver efficient client support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues, particularly related to specialized investment products.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and client-specific dynamics to identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure client needs regarding investment solutions are comprehensively satisfied.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all client interactions adhere to financial regulations and compliance standards, particularly concerning unique investment products.
- Continual Learning: Engage in ongoing training to remain well-versed in financial markets and investment products, implementing best practices in client engagements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 3-4 years in client account management, wealth management, or related areas, with a solid background in specialized investment products.
- Network: Possessing a network of mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals is advantageous.
- Investment Knowledge: Extensive experience in traditional and alternative investments, including a robust understanding of unique investment products like structured notes and derivatives.
- Client Execution: Proficiency in client execution processes related to specialized investment products.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities at all client levels.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills and ability to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges in investment strategies.
- Organization: Efficiently manage multiple accounts with exceptional attention to detail.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Financial Acumen: Thorough understanding of financial markets, investment products—especially unique investment solutions—and trading platforms.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to adapt to evolving environments with a proactive and hands-on approach.
