Primary responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing and recruitment: Formulate and execute effective recruiting strategies utilizing various channels to attract top talent.
- Candidate evaluation and selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
- Employer branding: Amplify Atlas's employer brand through social media and other platforms to attract high-caliber talent.
- Talent pipeline management: Develop and upkeep a strong talent pipeline for present and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment analytics and reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies continually.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, with a successful track record in hiring for diverse roles in early-stage companies.
- Proactiveness: Capability to work independently, address recruitment challenges, and devise innovative solutions to attract and retain talent.
- Communication skills: Strong communication abilities in German and English, with adept interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and team members.
