RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience by managing the end-to-end scheduling process
  • Support the candidate interview process promptly and effectively to meet tight scheduling SLAs
  • Follow up with candidates in a timely manner
  • Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by updating candidate information, tracking recruitment activities, maintaining data accuracy, and posting job listings
  • Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance recruitment operations in collaboration with the Talent Team
  • Create and organize training materials, user guides, and standard procedures for recruitment platforms
  • Partner with recruiting teams to generate meaningful reports and insights on the recruitment lifecycle
  • Foster strong connections with candidates, team members, and cross-functional teams
  • Assist with various recruiting operations and HR projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Process-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and various recruiting tools like Gem, Greenhouse, InterviewPlanner, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Salary for this position ranges from $100K to $150K USD in New York, compensation may vary based on experience. Published salary bands comply with transparency laws and do not include potential variable compensation components such as merit increases, bonuses, commissions, or equity incentives.
