Location: Remote (Must work as per Indochina Time)
Salary: max 3,000 USDT per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 12 PM and then 1 PM – 6 PM (Indochina Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday & 2nd Saturday of every month
English Proficiency Required: Must have professional-level proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Hotcoin’s online community, particularly on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
- Engage with users, address queries, and foster discussions to boost engagement.
- Moderate community platforms to ensure a positive and informative environment.
- Plan and execute community campaigns, contests, and AMAs.
- Track community trends and feedback to improve user experience and product offerings.
- Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to align community strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in crypto community management.
- Familiarity with the top 10 crypto projects.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Hotcoin is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Telegram bots, Discord tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to handle crisis communication and manage community sentiment effectively.
