We are in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Product Marketing Lead to architect our brand story, accelerate growth within the dynamic crypto sector, and supervise a team of talented individuals. If you excel in crafting compelling product narratives, engaging with an enthusiastic community, and possess a history of 10+ years in marketing, especially within the realm of crypto, along with significant people management experience, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive product launch strategies, GTM plans, and ongoing marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals.
- Develop captivating product messaging, positioning, and narratives that resonate with targeted audiences in the crypto ecosystem.
- Lead the complete product marketing lifecycle, overseeing concept development to post-launch activities to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Mentor and manage a team of high performing and experienced product marketers, nurturing their professional growth and ensuring exceptional performance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams like product management, engineering, sales, and communications to ensure cohesive product development and market success.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to contribute to product roadmap decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
- Listen to market feedback, user needs, and internal stakeholders to shape and refine product marketing strategies.
- Help shape the strategic direction of the marketing organization through insightful analysis and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to product marketing.
- Demonstrable track record in crypto marketing, encompassing a thorough understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and stablecoin trends, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proven expertise in managing and expanding marketing teams.
- Strategic thinker capable of defining long-term visions and translating them into detailed, actionable plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills enabling data interpretation for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- A deep comprehension of market research methodologies and competitive analysis.

- Experience working in a high-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with various marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong network within the crypto community.
