Experience in audit, financial accounting, and technical accounting, preferably in a high-growth, pre-IPO startup

Strong written and oral communication skills to drive cross-functional projects

Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment

Compensation at Anchorage Digital:

We offer market-driven compensation along with meaningful equity, attractive benefits, and perks to our full-time employees. The salary range for this role is $123,000 to $175,000, which may vary based on regional location and job grade. The specific range will be clarified during the interview process, considering the required skills, abilities, and experience. We annually collaborate with third-party firms to benchmark equity, cash, benefits, and perks. Sales and business development roles include On Target Earnings (OTE), which covers base salary and sales commissions/bonus targets.
