As a part of the Protocols team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new cryptoasset integration. Bonus Qualifications:

• Background in applied cryptography.
• Identifying "crypto" with cryptography rather than cryptocurrency.
• Regularly reading blockchain protocol white papers to stay apprised of cryptoasset advances.
• Experience in the finance industry is advantageous.

• Compensation at Anchorage Digital is determined by market standards and data-driven insights. All full-time employees receive competitive salaries, substantial equity, and an appealing perks and benefits package.
• Compensation Range: $144,670 - $286,000 (can vary based on regional locations and job grades; adjustments made during the interview process).
