As a part of the Protocols team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new cryptoasset integration. - Background in applied cryptography.
- Identifying "crypto" with cryptography rather than cryptocurrency.

- Experience in the finance industry is advantageous.

- Compensation at Anchorage Digital is determined by market standards and data-driven insights. All full-time employees receive competitive salaries, substantial equity, and an appealing perks and benefits package.
- Compensation Range: $144,670 - $286,000 (can vary based on regional locations and job grades; adjustments made during the interview process).
