负责更新和维护相关产品的德语术语库；
做产品本地化体验的检查；
其他相关工作。
任职资格
本科及以上学历，德语为母语，另一种语言为英文或中文；
具有一定的翻译工作经验，拥有语言能力证书；
熟练使用CAT工具（Trados，memoQ，Smartling等）；
金融、证券、期货、数字货币交易行业翻译经验优先；
工作认真负责，响应及时，有责任心，有较强的学习能力，良好的沟通协调能力。

At present, the most pressing bottleneck to the growth of Ethereum is its performance and scalability. We are building the most elegant solution to this problem. We do this in the open (under an MIT open source license) because we believe in open source innovation and its ability to accelerate growth.
OP Labs is building Optimism mainnet, and by extension, the infrastructure that powers all OP-Stack chains. We are improving Ethereum’s performance by orders of magnitude and donating the profits from doing so to funding Ethereum public goods. By operating as a Public Benefit Corporation, OP Labs can align its incentives with the public good and take positive-sum steps toward a sustainable future for the internet.
What are the role responsibilities?
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends across all blockspace
Develop and implement machine learning models to predict market movements, detect anomalies, and enhance trading strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Design and build data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.
Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate model performance and accuracy.
Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and data science methodologies.
Conduct research and experiments to explore new opportunities and improve existing models.
Develop and maintain key metrics and reports, enhancing data infrastructure for better analysis.
What skills do you bring?
7+ years of professional data science experience
A PhD or MS in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Sciences, Engineering)
Strong track records of designing, prototyping, scaling and launching data science products to solve business problems.
Experience collaborating with and understanding the needs of stakeholders from a variety of business functionsand ability to work with domain experts to leverage their expertiseinto your solution
Strong coding skills in general purpose languages like Scala or Python, and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews and deployment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Experience with web3 and blockchain protocols is a plus.
Self-starter who takes ownership, gets results, and enjoys the autonomy of architecting from the ground up.
