Responsibilities of the Protocols team Product Manager include managing the day-to-day operations of a blockchain team. In this role, you collaborate with leading protocols and their investors to develop on-chain solutions such as custody, staking, and governance support. The position necessitates a combination of technical proficiency, business acumen, and leadership qualities to drive new asset support, oversee feature backlogs, and strategize on enhancing operational efficiency.

Technical Skills:

  • Independently define project requirements and roadmap in conjunction with digital asset support teams.
  • Conduct proactive research on protocol integrations with emerging blockchains, building on-chain solutions that deliver value to protocol foundations and institutional investors.

  • Lead the blockchain team in day-to-day operations and steer cross-team initiatives to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and engineering teams to inspire continual progress and excellence in your area of product ownership.
