We are seeking a motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative to join our team in Asia, with a primary focus on driving growth across our diverse range of products and services which encompass regulated custody & staking, self-custody, brokerage, settlements, and financial services within the crypto sector.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales initiatives in Asia to secure new business across various client segments within Anchorage Digital.
  • Establish and cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities spanning all business lines while establishing valuable, enduring relationships with our clientele.
  • Collaborate with senior management to devise a targeted strategy for the Asia region, utilizing available internal resources and expertise comprehensively.
  • Serve as an advocate for Anchorage Digital by enhancing brand visibility in industry events and expanding professional networks within the crypto landscape.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including legal, product, compliance, and client experience teams, to optimize deal closures and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in enterprise software or financial services sales preferably with U.S. headquartered companies and substantial experience in the crypto ecosystem.
  • Extensive network within the Asia crypto community.
  • In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance.
  • Preference for a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and adeptness in sales techniques.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Fluency in English and native Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
  • Delight in the musical "Hamilton" due to its depiction of the birth of a new financial system.
