Participate in AMAs: Join live Ask Me Anything sessions (1-2 hours weekly) to answer community questions, highlight updates, and build trust as a knowledgeable advocate.

Core Responsibilities

Culture Stories: Responsible for overseeing the Culture Stories series, including sourcing and selecting engaging story candidates, conducting thorough interviews to reveal key moments, decisions, and outcomes, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with Binance values. This role also involves developing a streamlined workflow for end-to-end content production and management.

Culture Bites: Ownership of the Culture Bites series, focused on creating bite-sized insights aligned with Binance's values and monthly themes, translated into practical and memorable takeaways for the audience.

Cross-Channel Publishing Support: Supporting the adaptation and distribution of Culture content across various internal and external channels, ensuring consistent messaging while tailoring content for different platforms.

Internal Spotlight Stories: Accountable for sourcing, selecting, and crafting inspiring stories for internal and external publication, such as highlighting AI use cases for innovation and transformation.

Ad-Hoc Support: Assisting with internal communications, culture initiatives, and employer branding activities as needed, including support for internal events, hiring campaigns, workshops, and more.

Qualifications

Availability for at least 4 days per week over a 6-month period.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in journalism, communications, English, social sciences, or related fields.

Strong writing and editing skills, with a talent for narrative development.

Proactive and independent, adept at conducting interviews and working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to balance creativity with clarity and brevity.

Nice to Have:

Portfolio showcasing writing proficiency in various formats.

Experience in journalism or content production, especially for internal communities or brand storytelling.

Proficiency in visual, graphic, or motion design.
