🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a Web3 Fullstack Developer who is passionate about decentralized technologies and excited to contribute to building meaningful Web3 products. You will work on developing new products, improving existing ones, and fixing bugs, all while proposing innovative ideas to enhance our platform.
🔹 Responsibilities
Develop functional and user-friendly Web3 products
Improve and optimize existing products and features
Identify and fix bugs or issues in the system
Propose and implement new ideas for product development
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality software delivery
🔹 Requirements
Strong interest in Web3 / blockchain / decentralized technologies
Fullstack development experience (frontend + backend)
Experience with smart contracts and decentralized frameworks is a plus
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively

We are looking for a Content Manager who is genuinely interested in Web3 and wants to help shape how our project is presented to the world.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on:
TikTok
YouTube
Your goal is to build awareness, engagement, and community around Neonflick and its vision.
🔹 Responsibilities
Regularly publish content across all platforms
Develop and maintain a consistent content strategy
Track engagement, growth, and audience behavior
Prepare regular performance and activity reports
Collect and analyze feedback from viewers/subscribers
Suggest improvements and new content ideas
Test new formats and adapt to platform algorithms

Understanding of X, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms

Shape the visual language and interaction design of our platform by creating beautiful, user-centered interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality. You'll craft design systems, prototype experiences, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production. We're looking for designers who think systematically, understand the technical constraints of the web, and can create cohesive experiences that delight users while solving complex product challenges through thoughtful visual design and interaction patterns.
Responsibilities:
Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction patterns
Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
Prototype and test user experiences
Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility
