Technical Skills:
- Drive: Actively seeks out, tests and escalates new growth opportunities using emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
- Build: Formulates and implements robust marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models for assessing and enhancing campaign performance.

- Lead: Orchestrates the development and execution of the overall growth marketing strategy in alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
- Manage: Handles intricate marketing funnels, A/B testing frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps to continuously enhance conversion rates.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaborate: Collaborates across departments such as sales, product, and engineering to ensure cohesive customer journeys and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Deliver: Consistently achieves key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes significantly to company revenue growth.
Communication and Influence:
- Listen: Actively listens to market feedback, customer insights, and team input to refine marketing strategies.
- Contribute: Provides valuable insights and thought leadership to the broader organization on market trends, competitions, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of dynamic experience in B2B marketing with a focus on growth or demand generation.
- Demonstrated prowess in driving substantial customer acquisition and revenue growth within B2B crypto, fintech, or other intricate/regulated industries.
- Strong leadership skills, including managing marketing teams directly.
- Proficiency in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools, SEO, SEM, various automation and analytical platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Possession of a strategic mindset combined with a practical problem-solving approach and hands-on campaign execution capabilities.
