As the first federally chartered crypto bank in the US, Anchorage Digital presents institutions with unparalleled security custody, regulatory compliance, diverse product offerings, and dedicated client service. We constantly push the boundaries of innovation to propel the future of cryptocurrency and the digital asset ecosystem.

At Anchorage Digital, we adopt a unique approach to growth and career progression. We define performance based on the acquisition, sharpening, and application of a pertinent set of skills and competencies to deliver consistently effective outcomes. Our "Factors of Growth & Impact" framework aims to help all Anchorage Digital team members measure their impact and foster enriching learning experiences while exploring, developing, and mastering capabilities both within and beyond the realm of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native micro-services.
  • A passion for developing automated tests alongside product features.
  • Real-world experience in constructing intricate distributed systems.
  • Enjoyment in establishing services from scratch and providing sustained support over significant timelines.
  • A genuine appreciation for code quality and infrastructure solidity.
  • Preference for enhancing end-user experience and driving business value over the allure of trendy technologies.
  • Familiarity with fundamental computer science aspects such as algorithms, data structures, and operating systems (Formal CS degree NOT mandatory).
  • Self-identification with qualities like creativity, humility, ambition, attention to detail, hard work, trustworthiness, eagerness to learn, methodical approach, action-oriented mindset, and tenacious spirit.

Additional Preferred Skills:

While not obligatory, possessing the following skills or experience would be an added advantage:

  • Professional background in C++ or Go.
