In this role as a product manager, responsibilities include identifying and addressing existing gaps in billing and revenue management through automated solutions to support the company's expansion amidst increasing business complexity and regulatory oversight. This entails leading the vision, strategy, and execution of Finance products and services and influencing roadmaps for various business lines while advocating for the finance and accounting departments’ needs.

Expertise Required:
- Utilize deep understanding of the product, market, and industry to make informed product decisions and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
- Engage product management processes effectively with a clear rationale behind their implementation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to propel product development and oversee ceremonies.
- Identify and proactively tackle project obstacles to sustain progress.
- Maintain a balance between managing technical debt and developing new features for sustained product excellence.
Scope and Contributions:
- Independently drive product strategy for a pivotal Anchorage product.
- Take full ownership in developing and executing the product roadmap.
- Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve product objectives.
- Ensure successful outcomes through adept leadership of the PDE team (Product, Design, Engineering).
- Independently tackle and solve complex issues while aligning with strategic goals.
Business Knowledge:
- Develop a substantial understanding of Anchorage's business model, strategy, and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders company-wide to establish relationships and propel product initiatives.
- Define team goals aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Endeavor to influence broader organizational strategy through specialized product knowledge.
Communication and Leadership:
- Proactively communicate product objectives and status updates throughout the organization.
- Spearhead coordination and collaboration among Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Educate team members on products and client requirements.
- Foster consensus and mutual understanding through coherent communication and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Accumulated 5+ years of relevant product management expertise.
- Possess empathy, adaptability, and a cultural fit characterized by curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding.
- Exhibit autonomy in decision-making aligned with strategic aspirations.
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to enhancing user experience and leveraging it for business value.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Completion of own smart contract or dApp.
- Experience in developing products for financial institutions from scratch, either as a PM or developer.
