As a member of the Self-Custody team, your role involves delivering a secure non-custodial service for digital assets and smart contracts, facilitating seamless interactions with diverse digital assets and functionalities like staking, transferring assets, engaging with smart contracts on-chain, among others. You will collaborate with a skilled team of backend, frontend, and iOS engineers to take charge of the entire self-custody experience and drive meaningful product ownership. You might be a suitable candidate if you:

• Possess experience in building sophisticated distributed systems, preferably with proficiency in Go.
• Excel in creating resilient services capable of handling various workloads autonomously.
• Prioritize code quality and robust test infrastructure.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges and improving user experiences.
• Demonstrate strong computer science fundamentals, with a focus on concepts like concurrency, algorithms, and data structures. (A formal CS degree is not obligatory.)
• Identify with attributes such as creativity, humility, ambition, attention to detail, hard work, trustworthiness, eagerness to learn, methodical approach, action-orientation, and tenacity.

While not mandatory, additional points for:

• Experience in applied cryptography.
