What you'll do
 
Identify and establish partnerships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and relevant projects to enhance the company’s presence in the local market and drive user acquisition and trading volume growth.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing partners to ensure sustainable collaboration.
Oversee the implementation and performance of KOL marketing initiatives; track, analyze, and optimize results to maximize ROI and channel efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with local industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics, and take appropriate actions accordingly.
 
What you'll need
 
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Deep understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing within the industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Able to perform well under pressure with strong execution capabilities.

About the Role: 
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, expand and execute strategic partnerships, and drive sales initiatives in the forex trading space. You will manage the entire sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on market trends to support the company’s growth and revenue objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand strategic partnerships in the forex industry
Look for new sales opportunities in the forex trading market
Manage the full sales pipeline, including researching, sourcing, contacting, negotiating, converting, and following up with clients
Liaise and coordinate with marketing, product, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
Assess and monitor key indicators of forex market projects and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives
Monitor market trends and conduct R&D in the forex market
Requirements: 
Min N2 Japanese language proficiency
Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience in the forex or financial trading industry
Familiarity with forex trading platforms and industry operations
Ability to develop global customer relationships independently
Preferred Qualification:
Experience working with international clients in the forex industry
Japanese language proficiency (good to have)
Existing network of contacts within the forex or financial trading ecosystem
Strong negotiation and presentation skills

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Specialist to become a part of our groundbreaking Game-Fi initiative! If you have a deep passion for gaming, decentralized finance, and the latest technological advancements, this could be your ideal role.
 
Primary Duties:
- Create and implement smart contracts for in-game transactions and assets.
- Develop secure blockchain solutions that guarantee player ownership and protect asset integrity.
- Work closely with our game development team to smoothly incorporate blockchain technology into our gaming platform.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices within the blockchain and gaming sectors.
 
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Blockchain Developer or in a similar position.
- Expertise in Solidity, with experience in Ethereum or other blockchain technologies.
- Solid understanding of Game-Fi principles and how blockchain can elevate the gaming experience.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and tokenomics.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
 
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in NFT development and related platforms.
- Understanding of cryptographic concepts and security best practices.
