In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting department leads and business lines as they connect with clients, refine strategic direction, and collaborate with various Anchorage teams. As a member of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team, this senior role primarily focuses on strategy formulation, go-to-market execution, product development, and deal-making. You will play a vital role in expanding the adoption of the Atlas Settlement Network and related products like Off-Exchange Settlement, Collateral Management, Spot Settlement, and Triparty Services amongst institutional clients.
The role will involve a wide scope of responsibilities, including transaction structuring, comprehensive market research, drafting product specifications, fostering relationships with key figures in the crypto industry, creating working prototypes, collaborating with the legal team for contract negotiation, and establishing efficient operational processes. Essentially, your role will revolve around harmonizing various Anchorage teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Trading, and Risk to drive new business and generate revenue.

Technical Skills
- Experience in traditional financial services (minimum 5 years), preferably with at least two years in a digital asset-related role.
- Working understanding of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory facets pertinent to the FIG business and target clientele.
- Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
- Proficient in research, analysis, writing, delivering presentations, and public communication.
Complexity and Impact of Work
- Actively supports strategy implementation and internal FIG operations, with direct revenue accountabilities.
- Collaborates extensively across various teams to resolve challenges, shape strategies, and steer roadmap execution.
- Leads primary research supporting strategic initiatives and client engagement efforts.
- Engages in client conversations to nurture relationships, drive business expansion, and advance client transactions.
- Demonstrates the ability to juggle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Knowledge
- Contributes to prioritizing key business initiatives and relevant product feature demands, aiming for automation and scalability.

Qualifications for the Role
- 5+ years experience in traditional financial services with exposure to trading, lending, settlements, or custody infrastructure in institutional-focused crypto business.
- Strong track record managing multifaceted initiatives connected to institutional product and service delivery, including demonstrated revenue growth.
- Competency in at least one coding language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Openness to travel for conferences and client engagements.
Preferred but Not Required
- Personal or professional trading experience.
- Experience in secured transactions such as loans, derivatives, or structured products.
- Participation in building collateral management systems.
- Bonus points for an emotional connection to the soundtrack of "Hamilton," narrating the establishment of a new financial system.
