As a Product Manager within our Custody team, your primary responsibility is to steer the development of our institutional-grade custody platform, vital to Anchorage Digital's regulated infrastructure. Through our custody solutions, institutions can securely manage digital assets by utilizing advanced security protocols and operational controls.
In this role, collaboration with engineering teams is pivotal in enhancing our custody infrastructure to cater to the needs of major institutions in the crypto space. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of institutional digital asset custody by focusing on providing secure, compliant, and efficient crypto adoption services.

Technical Skills:
- Utilize profound product, market, and industry knowledge to drive informed product decisions and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
- Competently execute product management processes with a comprehensive understanding of their significance.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to propel product development initiatives and oversee ceremonies.
- Identify and proactively address project hindrances to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain a balance between managing technical debt and promoting new feature development for sustained product health.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Independently drive product strategy for a critical Anchorage product.
- Spearhead product roadmap development and execution.
- Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively to achieve product objectives.
- Successfully deliver outcomes by effectively leading the PDE team.
- Tackle complex problems autonomously while ensuring strategic alignment.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Anchorage's business model, strategy, and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to cultivate relationships and drive product initiatives.
- Define and align team goals with Anchorage's top-level strategy and objectives.
- Work towards influencing broader organizational strategy through product expertise.
Communication and Influence:
- Proactively communicate product goals and status updates across the organization.
- Foster coordination and collaboration among Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Educate team members on products and client requirements.
- Facilitate consensus and shared understanding through clear communication and engagement.
