As part of our dynamic full stack engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client onboarding experience by implementing front-end improvements and backend API enhancements. Your responsibilities will include capturing essential data for record keeping and auditing, and supporting transaction monitoring and screening for risk detection, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering. Collaborating directly with compliance, customer experience, legal teams, and external systems, your role is crucial in ensuring the company’s regulatory obligations are met as the sole federally chartered digital asset bank.

Essential technical skills:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience utilizing in-depth professional concepts to resolve complex problems in creative ways.
  • Proficient in designing and developing solutions that are easily maintainable and scalable for future functionalities.

  • Drives work independently, leading medium to large-scale projects while effectively coordinating cross-functional activities with minimal oversight.
  • Capable of breaking down intricate projects into manageable tasks, accurately estimating project scope, and articulating recommendations and priorities by analyzing trade-offs effectively.

What You’ll Do
* Architect, implement, and deploy **secure smart contracts** for an on-chain Play-to-Earn GameFi ecosystem
* Lead contract design decisions with a focus on robustness, auditability, gas efficiency, and resilience to attack vectors
* Mentor/junior developers: perform code reviews, establish standards, best practices in security & testing

Must-Haves:
