As part of our dynamic full stack engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client onboarding experience by implementing front-end improvements and backend API enhancements. Your responsibilities will include capturing essential data for record keeping and auditing, and supporting transaction monitoring and screening for risk detection, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering. Collaborating directly with compliance, customer experience, legal teams, and external systems, your role is crucial in ensuring the company’s regulatory obligations are met as the sole federally chartered digital asset bank.

- Demonstrated extensive experience utilizing in-depth professional concepts to resolve complex problems in creative ways.
- Proficient in designing and developing solutions that are easily maintainable and scalable for future functionalities.

- Have experience implementing robust regulatory compliance controls in the financial services sector.
- Possess design and implementation experience with technologies like GraphQL, gRPC, and Temporal.
- Feell comfortable diving deep into open source projects to identify and resolve bugs.
