Member of Talent, Research & Sourcing (Contract)
As a member of the Talent, Research & Sourcing team, you will collaborate with recruiters to establish candidate pipelines for roles in Product, Design, and Engineering within Anchorage Digital. This includes positions in security, trading, back-end and front-end development, product design, brand design, and product management. Your role will be instrumental in driving growth within Anchorage Village and the broader digital assets ecosystem as the financial landscape evolves. Anchorage Digital is seeking top-tier talent globally, with a key focus on attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional individuals to support ongoing success.
In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensively understanding role requirements, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and employing strategic sourcing methodologies to build candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Utilize tools like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing.
- Develop and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs in Product, Design, and Engineering roles.
- Assess candidate profiles based on technical competencies and programming languages relevant to the positions.
- Stay informed on industry trends to inform effective sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, technical skills, and fit for Anchorage Digital.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics to enhance efficiency and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Prior global sourcing experience or the ability to quickly adapt to different markets and execute sourcing strategies effectively.
- Experience in the crypto industry and working with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
- Background in sourcing for private, growth stage companies, particularly those in Series-A to Series-D phases.
- Proficiency in high-volume sourcing, both in-house and within agencies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- A keen desire to identify top talent using innovative sourcing approaches.
- Curiosity, humility, and a commitment to fostering a culture of transparency and shared knowledge.
