We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our Marketing Team in the role of Member of Growth Operations. As a key member, you will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and success of our marketing campaigns through data analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, and strategic implementation to support our company's growth. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Skilled in building, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and executing campaigns on digital channels.
- Experienced in interpreting performance data, creating reports, and extracting insights using tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Demonstrated capabilities in project and process management for tasks such as ad campaign launches and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with digital channels like SEO/SEM, paid social, and retargeting platforms.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Capable of taking charge of growth operations projects and ensuring their timely execution.
- Efficiently manages multiple priorities and marketing campaigns concurrently to adapt to changing requirements.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product to achieve shared objectives.
- Consistently delivers high-quality work that directly contributes to marketing effectiveness and overall company growth.
Communication and Influence:
- Actively listens to feedback and team needs to drive operational enhancements.
- Effectively communicates insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Strong background in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and customer journeys.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data and processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation.
- Background in A/B testing software and experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing practices.
