As a Designer at Ubiminds, your role extends beyond creating visual assets. We expect someone with a proactive voice, contributing ideas, suggesting improvements, and collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams. Your work will directly impact LinkedIn campaigns, prospecting strategies, brand positioning, and digital presence.
Responsibilities Include:
Creating visual materials for campaigns, blog, social media, events, and commercial initiatives.
Managing the visual identity of official channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, and the corporate website.
Playing an active role in developing and refining campaigns, particularly for LinkedIn.
Generating assets to support commercial prospecting (e.g., carousels, infographics, presentations).
Developing and optimizing pages on WordPress using Elementor.
Migrating content from old templates to more efficient visual structures.
Incorporating data and feedback to iterate and enhance deliverables.
Exploring AI and automation tools to expedite the creative process.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience as a graphic or digital designer.
Portfolio showcasing mastery in visual identity, social media, and corporate materials.
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop and/or Canva.
Experience with WordPress + Elementor (mandatory).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and asynchronous communication).
