Responsabilidades:

Gestão de equipamentos e estoque:

Controle do estoque de equipamentos (MacBooks, PCs, celulares Android e iPhones);

Garantia da disponibilidade de equipamentos para novos profissionais;

Realização de compras e controle de inventário de hardware;

Identificação de oportunidades de renovação do patrimônio e gestão de desmobilização de ativos.

Logística de equipamentos:

Coordenação do envio e retorno de equipamentos no Brasil e América Latina;

Organização da logística com parceiros de transporte;

Acompanhamento das entregas e devoluções dos equipamentos.

Configuração e setup:

Realização do setup inicial de equipamentos para novos profissionais;

Configuração dos dispositivos de acordo com os requisitos de cada cliente;

Participação em chamadas com clientes para alinhamento técnico.

Suporte técnico:

Fornecimento de suporte básico em caso de problemas com os equipamentos;

Auxílio na manutenção e configuração de dispositivos;

Resolução de problemas relacionados a hardware e configuração inicial.

Requisitos:

Experiência anterior em suporte técnico ou área de TI;

Fluência em inglês para interação com clientes;
