Negotiating terms and guiding partners towards successful onboarding.
Managing and monitoring onboarding workflows through tools like Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
Providing guidance to partners on aspects such as tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising strategies.
Collaborating across teams internally to ensure successful onboarding and project readiness.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within Web3 or tech startups.
Comprehensive understanding of Launchpad operations, Tokenomics, and project fundraising dynamics within Web3.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
