Seedify, a prominent Web3 incubator and launchpad fostering innovation in the blockchain sector, is hiring a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves assisting in the integration of new Web3 projects into Seedify's ecosystem and contributing to its growth.
Overview
The selected candidate will play a crucial part in the expansion of Seedify's ecosystem. Responsibilities include identifying promising Web3 projects, engaging with their founders, and aiding in their onboarding process to the Seedify platform.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and pinpoint early-stage Web3 projects within diverse sectors like DeFi, GameFi, and NFTs.
- Initiate contact with project founders through various methods such as cold messaging, events, and Web3 community networks.
- Establish a pipeline of high-quality project leads utilizing tools including Slack, Notion, and Jira.
Sales Support & Engagement
- Present Seedify’s offerings convincingly and clearly to potential partners.
- Conduct initial sales discussions, gather project requirements, and evaluate the potential partnership.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up processes.
Onboarding Coordination
- Assist in organizing onboarding workflows utilizing platforms such as Slack, Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
- Aid in scheduling, document collection, and internal team coordination.
- Ensure accurate documentation and handover of project details to the relevant departments.
Web3 Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Launchpads, IDO models, and fundraising trends.
- Provide insights on industry opportunities, project quality, and shifts within the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in Web3, crypto, or technology startups.
- Proficient understanding of Web3, tokenomics, launchpads, and fundraising concepts.
- Analytical and adaptable mindset with the ability to assess project viability and adjust strategies according to the evolving Web3 landscape to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for engaging founders and developing long-term partnerships.
- Well-connected in the Web3 sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing platforms like Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic decentralized team.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in launchpads, incubators, or blockchain advisory roles.
- Active presence on Twitter.
- Familiarity with smart contracts.
- 3-5 years in B2B sales or lead generation, particularly within the blockchain, Web3, or tech startup realms, with a track record of converting high-potential leads.
- Understanding of venture capital and fundraising analysis.
Salary
$2,500 - $3,000 per month
