At the forefront of our client's offerings is FormX.ai, a flagship product that harnesses advanced AI technology to convert physical documents into structured digital data. The team is currently seeking a Growth Marketing expert to lead the charge in developing inventive B2B marketing strategies, particularly focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing to oversee the entire marketing funnel. In this role, you will be actively involved in creating campaigns, generating content, and analyzing performance metrics to bolster business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on target customers to understand their pain points and craft messaging that resonates with them.
- Develop targeted account lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and execute cold outreach campaigns across various platforms.
- Conceptualize lead nurturing campaigns, implement SEO tactics, and produce compelling lead magnets to convert prospects into leads and attract organic traffic to FormX.ai.
- Create sales materials such as presentations and case studies to highlight the value of FormX.ai and assist the sales team.
- Supervise the progression of the sales funnel by monitoring campaign performance metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and ROI to enhance outcomes and drive growth in FormX.ai's annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Represent the company and showcase FormX.ai at virtual and in-person events, leveraging your presentation skills effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector (recent graduates with a strong start-up mindset are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to develop engaging content for PR and marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in SEO and web analytics to optimize and track performance effectively.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including "vibe coding," and a basic grasp of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
- Outgoing personality with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; at ease connecting with clients, conducting research, and delivering dynamic presentations at virtual and physical events.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese.
