Treasury Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of and complete daily cryptocurrency payment transactions promptly and accurately.
• Develop short-term cash forecasts and oversee daily cash management within Group liquidity structures.
• Monitor and manage cryptocurrency wallets to ensure adequate liquidity for operational requirements.
• Establish and uphold stringent controls to protect cryptocurrency assets.
• Handle the onboarding process for new wallets in compliance with KYB/KYC requirements.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline payment procedures.
• Provide professional treasury support to internal stakeholders.
• Assist Treasury Managers in implementing accounting systems and other payment products.
• Maintain precise transactional data in the Accounting and Treasury Management System.

Job Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a similar role, although recent graduates are welcome.
• Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Show exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Pay close attention to detail and exhibit strong organizational skills.
• Have a good grasp of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions, and prior experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, and payment processing is advantageous.
