Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are revolutionizing the movement of assets by facilitating the transition of trillions of dollars to blockchain technology, merging traditional finance with decentralized finance. Our current initiative involves developing a specialized Solana-native protocol to integrate real-world assets into blockchain capital markets, starting with the integration into our existing Corda-based asset networks.
Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming leads to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to analyze target accounts, establish key contacts, and drive engagement through various outreach efforts
- Conduct market research to recognize trends that present opportunities for target accounts as part of the go-to-market strategy
- Implement a strategic prospecting plan through phone and email outreach campaigns
- Engage with prospects using a mix of phone calls and emails to generate interest, leverage appointments, and fuel the sales pipeline
- Demonstrate expertise in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology, delivering key product knowledge to educate leads
- Drive participation and increase awareness for special projects and events
- Maintain comprehensive lead and account records in the designated CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned quota targets
Required Expertise
Sales Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in business development, inside sales, or a sales-related role
- Previous experience in closing deals is advantageous
- Demonstrated history of surpassing goals in prior positions
- Strong familiarity with sales development practices and procedures
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in interpersonal interaction and organizational skills
- Ability to simplify intricate technical topics and effectively communicate business value
Tools & Industry Knowledge
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and outreach tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
- Background or interest in financial technology (fintech) desirable
