Overview
Our client, a publicly listed Chinese corporation, specializes in OEM/ODM manufacturing of telecommunications equipment and applications, holding a prominent position as one of the top 2 companies in the industry. To support their global growth strategy, they are in search of an experienced Sales Manager for Network Communication Products in Dubai dedicated to driving business expansion throughout the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales tactics to meet revenue goals specifically for network communication products.
- Spot and engage with prospective clients such as enterprises, ISPs, and telecom operators.
- Oversee all stages of the sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing agreements.
- Cultivate enduring partnerships with key decision-makers like CTOs, IT directors, and procurement professionals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions according to client requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends such as 5G, cloud networking, and IoT, along with competitor products.
- Participate in industry gatherings like trade shows and conferences to expand professional networks.
- Provide senior management with detailed sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of sales background in the telecommunications sector, with at least 3 years of experience in the Middle East region.
- A track record of surpassing sales performance targets.
- In-depth knowledge of routers, switches, 5G FWA, and PON solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in relationship management.
- Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the Chinese language is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
