About The Role 🤔:
Immutable is seeking a seasoned, resourceful, and proactive Senior Legal Counsel or Legal Counsel to join our Legal, Risk & Compliance team and navigate the company through its fast-paced regulatory environment. In this position, you will provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice encompassing Immutable’s products, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives with a primary focus on regulatory aspects concerning financial services, payments, and digital assets. Additionally, you will support various other legal matters associated with operating in a high-growth technology organization, including employment, privacy, and general commercial contracting. Working closely with senior stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Growth, and Commercial teams, you will simplify complex legal concepts into clear instructions that facilitate swift and responsible business decisions.
