About The Role

About The Role 🤔

This position is ideal for senior software engineers who are passionate about tackling impactful technical challenges, driving innovation in blockchain applications, and contributing to the development of scalable and secure systems. As a senior software engineer, you will have the opportunity to influence core architectural decisions, mentor peers, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:

Design and implement scalable and high-performance system architectures.

Identify and optimize the performance of existing systems.

Integrate and explore blockchain technologies where applicable.

Enhance application security by implementing best practices and addressing vulnerabilities through security audits.

Collaborate with SRE teams to streamline development workflows, implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Gain exposure to Web3 development environment through regular workshops and opportunities for blockchain development skills.

Continuously iterate on ways of working with team members to ensure operational excellence.

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

Expertise in Go programming, including a deep understanding of its syntax, standard library, and idiomatic patterns.

Strong ability to design scalable and robust system architectures, including data modeling, API design, and backend structure.

Proficiency in managing concurrency in Go and developing high-performance, concurrent applications.

Knowledge of blockchain principles, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms, as well as their impact on system design and security.

Strong emphasis on security, understanding common vulnerabilities and implementing secure coding practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
