About The Role
Data stands at the forefront of our strategies for growth, performance optimization, and player engagement at Immutable.
In the role of Head of Growth - Performance, your primary focus will be on developing, executing, and refining data-driven growth tactics across diverse channels, ensuring decisions are informed by insights and experimentation. Your proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance marketing analytics, and lifecycle marketing will play a pivotal role in driving our business success. You will help us scale efficiently while enhancing player engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, leading experimentation across critical funnels with ambitious goals and rigorous testing methodologies
Drive Performance Marketing efforts, optimizing advertising expenditure efficiency, minimizing customer acquisition costs, conducting creative testing, and implementing advanced attribution modeling
Oversee Lifecycle Marketing Optimization, employing data-driven segmentation tactics to enhance engagement metrics and boost customer lifetime value through retention campaigns
Construct and refine measurement frameworks to track and analyze growth performance meticulously, ensuring strategic decisions are made based on actionable insights
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to harmonize growth strategies with broader business objectives
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a data-centric growth role, preferably in gaming, Web3, or tech sectors
Proficiency in leading growth teams
Expertise in conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical skills, capable of translating intricate data into clear insights and strategic actions
Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and attribution modeling
Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making
Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
