Marketing Campaign Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for campaigns, responsible for coordinating and refining all components of marketing campaigns including mechanics, branding, content, and more.
- Serve as the link between user acquisition campaigns and brand marketing, advocating for the brand and user-centric narrative to drive user growth.
- Manage the company-wide campaign calendar incorporating both local and global campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize and potentially consolidate campaigns under a unified theme.
- Handle copywriting and proofreading of campaign-related communications.
- Ensure the accuracy of marketing materials and serve as an approver for all marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate, report, and analyze campaign performance across channels, translating insights into actionable, data-driven recommendations for enhancing future performance.
- Introduce and implement test-and-learn strategies while delivering tangible results.
- Initiate paid acquisition campaigns, referral initiatives, and co-marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with an understanding of the crypto market.
- Experience in copywriting or a keen interest in the field.
- Sound understanding of branding, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Demonstrates clear, concise communication with a touch of creativity when appropriate.
- Previous experience working in large teams and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaigns.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure effectively.
