Affiliate Relationship Manager

Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem and the home of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for an experienced professional to join as an Affiliate Relationship Manager. The individual should have a successful background in managing and expanding affiliate partnerships along with excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of referral/affiliate programs. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing relationships with established affiliates, driving cross-product conversions, and exploring growth opportunities across Binance's range of services including Futures, Earn, Options, and Web3 Wallet.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, cultivate, and enhance relationships with matured affiliate partners, keeping track of performance metrics and optimizing various KPIs.
• Develop customized growth strategies for key partners and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Facilitate conversion across different Binance offerings such as Futures, Earn, Options, and Web3 Wallet.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline affiliate-centric initiatives.
• Proactively handle partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and manage crisis communications professionally.
• Offer data-driven insights and performance reports to enhance affiliate contributions to the business.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing affiliate or referral programs, preferably in fintech or the crypto industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders globally.
• Proficiency in crisis and relationship management.
• Ability to interpret and leverage metrics for identifying growth prospects.
• Fluency in English is mandatory while knowledge of other languages like Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Vietnamese is a plus.
• Self-driven individual with exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
