We are presently looking for a Lead DevRel Advocate with a strong focus on developer relations for Polymer. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategy for Developer Success, encompassing education, resources, outreach, community development, and feedback.
Produce tutorials and case studies showcasing the applications of the Polymer protocol. Manage the developer documentation site effectively.
Act as the representative voice of developers within the engineering team, effectively relaying feedback to enhance the product.
Facilitate communication between Polymer Labs' development team and the external developer community.
Collaborate across internal teams to align Developer Success initiatives with the company's overarching objectives.
Handle high-level communications with developers, routing technical queries to appropriate team members as necessary.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and community influencers.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a developer relations-focused role, preferably in web3.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing education campaigns.
Proficiency in Solidity and Front-End development.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and lead their documentation and dissemination.
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders effectively in a decentralized work environment.
A solid understanding of the interop market, products, and customer requirements is advantageous.
