About Astria

Astria is a collaborative sequencer network replacing centralized sequencers by enabling multiple rollups to utilize a single decentralized network of sequencers that is straightforward and open for entry. This shared sequencer network offers inherent censorship resistance, rapid block confirmations, and atomic cross-rollup composability, while respecting each rollup's autonomy.

The team at Astria is a blend of conventional expertise in building and expanding teams in technology firms like Google and Meta, along with native crypto knowledge from influential protocols. The project is well-funded by leading crypto-centric funds and investors.

The company follows a remote-first approach, allowing employees to work from any location without specific time zone restrictions. Communication is primarily conducted in English, and availability during 10 am to 2 pm Mountain Time (MT) is expected. The ideal candidate should display proactive behavior, take ownership of their tasks, excel in a fast-paced remote work setting, and be adept at adapting quickly to changing requirements.
