About the Role

Astria is in search of a Content Lead to collaborate across various departments such as marketing, product, engineering, research, and business development. The key responsibilities will involve shaping Astria's content strategy, building a scalable content creation engine, expanding content distribution, and assessing and enhancing the impact of content marketing efforts. Strong technical content writing skills and expertise in crypto infrastructure are essential, with a particular focus on engaging developers, builders, and researchers in the industry. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team under the guidance of the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Planning

Develop and execute Astria's content strategy in alignment with audience segments and objectives.

Collaborate with various teams on content planning and management.

Maintain a structured content calendar for short and long-term content needs.

Oversee content creation for multiple platforms and drive community-focused content initiatives.

Facilitate content approvals and ensure transparency within the organization on content plans.

Execution

Establish a streamlined content creation process for efficiency.

Create content for various platforms internally and through external collaborations.

Enhance content distribution channels and explore new avenues for content outreach.

Reporting & Optimization

Track and report on content marketing outcomes.

Recommend strategies to improve content performance through testing and optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends to inform content strategies.

Strive for innovative and impactful content creations.

Requirements

Prior experience leading content initiatives for tech infrastructure companies with a focus on technical audiences.

Ability to balance professionalism with creativity in content creation.

3+ years of content strategy ownership and 5+ years in content development roles.

Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, audience segments, and market narratives.

Strong project management and communication skills along with analytical thinking.

Familiarity with Crypto-Twitter and Discord platforms.

The company follows a remote-first approach, allowing employees to work from any location without specific time zone restrictions. Communication is primarily conducted in English, and availability during 10 am to 2 pm Mountain Time (MT) is expected. Role Overview

Astria is in search of Senior Engineers to contribute to the design and development across various aspects of the technology, ranging from the core sequencing protocol to developer tools that facilitate building on crypto and the required infrastructure for operations.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years' experience as a software engineer.

Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Go, Rust, C++, Java).

Familiarity with Distributed systems.

Experience in "Cloud-Native" development (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GCP/AWS/Azure).

Preferred Skills

Previous experience with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) or other Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).

Knowledge of Rust.
