Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated Church Administrator to join our high calibre team at New Mercies Christian Church in Lilburn, GA. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the church office.- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers; provide information or direct inquiries appropriately. 
Coordinate scheduling for church facilities including room reservations for meetings and events. 
Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, letters, newsletters, and bulletins. 
Maintain accurate records including membership databases, baptismal registers, giving records etc.
Assist in financial management tasks such as processing donations/offering receipts and managing petty cash.
Work closely with pastoral staff to prepare weekly service materials such as bulletins or worship guides.
Organize special events like retreats or conferences; manage logistics such as catering or travel arrangements when 
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in office administration is required.
Experience working within a non-profit or religious organization is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment compassionate listener able to maintain confidentiality.
