In the position, I work individually and in a team; because of various projects and the uniqueness of each, I can work and experience designing new technologies that are standard and popular web apps/mobile apps.

I worked with Bonsey Jaden as a design lead / Senior Designer, and I’ve done different projects for companies in Australia, the United States, Singapore, and Malaysia.

I worked with the design team as a UX lead/designer to maintain the internal style guideline and implement a new design for new products for the business. I follow the UCD method to design and implement users’ needs by researching, sketching, and testing products’ usability. I work with the development team and stakeholders very closely in the position.

I worked as a UX lead for the Malaysian Immigration project called “SKIN” I led a team of four UX researchers and designers. I published the project MMI guidelines for future usage that included case studies, wireframes, research, usability test result, mockups, and functional prototypes. We had UX/UI team with nine people.

I was working as UX Director in the company, allowing me to work on some exciting projects. I worked closely with different departments to deliver contracted projects by leading a UX team that included three more UX designers. Citi Bank Singapore, Singapore University of Social Sciences & Digi Malaysia were there projects that I worked on delivering at that time.

I joined Roche as a Senior UX Designer/Lead to work with the Poland team remotely from Malaysia to help Malaysia's office in the team. I worked on a product for the Human Resource department to analyze more than 10 thousand users’ data. I interviewed some of the users to complete the research and provided high-fidelity wireframes.

I worked as a designer/lead in the design team that it was included designers and a front-end developer. I worked on TrustedCompany’s product about moderation and collecting customer reviews in a B2B platform. I worked on both panels for businesses and customers.

Working in SG was a fantastic opportunity for me to work on well-known platforms for big charities in Asia, such as UNICEF, Makna, WWF, and Oxfam. I’ve done the research, prototype, design, and development for two main products, Online Donor Portal and Online Donation Portal.

I worked as a freelancer during my study, allowing me to work on different types of projects. I worked on different kinds of developed and published products for specific countries such as Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA, and other Middle Eastern and Asian countries.
