About me
Hi everyone! Admin assistant here. I work with clients to improve their productivity workflow. I accomplish this by successfully handling all the minute elements of their schedule as well as administrative and office management procedures.
My most recent position involved a great deal of project management. I worked with a team of five people in order to boost the company's revenue and pique the interest of both new and existing customers. I aided in organizing their meetings, agendas, and calendars. I have arranged and overseen more than 80 meetings on various platforms while working in this position.
I succeed in this role because I am well-organized and have exceptional time management skills, which are part of my primary skills. Being very time conscious and organized is essential for me to perform my job as an administrative assistant because it helps keep clients' schedules running smoothly.
