I worked in a clothing retail store I was responsible for ensuring excellent customer service both on the sales floor and the till point. I interacted with customers and ensured that all issues were resolved and sales were finalized.

Identity is a trendy retail store , therefore my job requires me to ensure that our sales target for the month is met and exceeded. I achieve this by assisting customers on the sales floor with their purchase, as well as assisting customers on the cash desk. I am responsible for the daily operations of the store , which is merchandising, sales and admin.
