I am a Construction engineer and architectural designer industry Focusing on exterior & interior design, 3D modeling with an experience more than 25 years. In my opinion, a good architect must first be an experienced building engineer, must have done construction than visualize and understand the dimensions of the spaces, know the building materials, consider the operating conditions and costs, experience the challenges and problem solving of a project. Then must be able to take into account the wishes of a client in the design, be a creative Idea maker, has a mastery of drawing and design. I learned and got to experience based on these requirements.

I will visit the place after the initial negotiations with the client. Then, for the initial design and suggestions, I do a detailed mapping of the current situation. And I draw preliminary designs according to the client's requirements in AutoCAD. I consult with structural and installation engineers. With the coordination of the client, I draw the final design in AutoCAD. From the final design, I make the exterior and interior a three-dimensional model in 3D Max. I will prepare the final rendering based on the client's comments. I ensure compliance with the final design by project performance supervision. If I agree with the client, I will also manage the construction of the project.
