Current lead engineer of a Decathlon global product. Architecting and developing a global product to manage over a thousand production molds, and physical assets. Saving Decathlon more than 5 million RMB annually. - Migrated product infrastructure from docker on virtual machines to Kubernetes and implemented CI/CD pipelines to avoid previous manual deployment. This migration cut deployment time from 30 minutes to 10 minutes, increasing deployment frequency. - Worked as part of a successful team to deliver a product that improves personalized interactions between Decathlon China and its 16 million active customers. Together with the team, we implemented a middleware in Go that sends SMS, emails, and WeChat messages to customers with 2000 transactions per second in the 99.9 percentile availability rate. - Developed and designed a self-checkout solution that has improved stores' checkout experience. Cutting down the wait time of customers from 30 minutes to 2 minutes. Contributed to both
