The residential complex is planned on the territory of the old factory. The construction will be carried out with preservation of the culture and history of the location, so every brick from the old building is processed and goes to the new building. Ingarden is a garden city in the heart of Buzuluk, taking over the implementation of green architecture, preserving the history of old buildings and bringing comfort class housing to the city.
