Full project: www.danielefranchi.com The first brand design for a time travel company. Bygone is destined to be the first company to offer time travel journeys through a web3 experience built on blockchain. As a brand designer, I had to shape a brand that was easily recognisable and scalable through different moments of history Creating a visual language which is as aesthetically unique as the brand experience being offered. Time travel is a well-known concept in the film and literature industry and these elements are easily recognisable for those passionate about voyaging through time. Through our design process, we have had to take these memories and steer them in a bold new direction, creating a new standard of visual appeal for the users. Essentially reinventing time travel and re-enforcing it with clear art direction. The destination is a logo that can survive many different scenarios, from the 70's to 3120’s and transform into a 3D object or token for interdimensional travel.

Full project: https://www.danielefranchi.com/daniele-franchi-linework-branding Linework is a fintech blockchain company supporting its customers through state-of-the-art DeFi applications served by its two Business Units: Personal Services and Capital Solutions. Their goal is to mobilise people and organisations worldwide by delivering fairer more attainable access to blockchain resources. My work with Linework has been a monumental branding process, providing lots of challenges in distinguishing itself from the many other blockchain competitors. Over 9 months I developed a more and more complex visual design system, using the golden ratio as my foundation. The design process started from a sketch of the logo’s design, with the objective of making Linework recognisable and easy to remember; reflecting the blockchain’s mission statement.

Full project: https://www.danielefranchi.com/lygiai-user-experience-user-interface Lygiai is a Lithuanian non-governmental organisation whose main areas of activity are the dissemination of science-based information, issues of gender equality, tolerance, and the prevention of violence and coercion. Throughout the war in Ukraine, the association "Lygiai" has gathered support and is providing comprehensive assistance to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence in Ukraine. The website is an essential window to discovering their activities and projects; offering different ways to support their causes and delivering assistance. Crucially, the former website was made in a hurry and without a specific focus on usability, which is why the redesign has been, after one year of activity, so significant.

Full project: https://www.danielefranchi.com/daniele-franchi-traveleco-user-interface Traveleco is a brand providing services and support to accommodation realities with the need to improve their sustainability level. To achieve this, they provide e-commerce courses focused on sustainable accommodation, custom coaching and support. Levels of sustainability are being measured through a certified survey. At the same time, Traveleco provides travellers with a list of accommodation and allows them to book their next journey through the site. Our goal with the product was to clearly demonstrate their sustainable values in the booking process and offer an ethical alternative compared to other OTA booking platforms. The previous website offered a limited experience for the users. With the redesign, we wanted to give travelers a frictionless exploring & booking experience.
