They wanted to communicate that they are; bold, high end, classy, sophisticated when it comes to detail, simple and attention grabbing Solution After a series of discovery sessions, we identified their target market and their competitors, we developed customer personas, a mission statement, messaging, colour palletes, a logo, their values and their unique selling proposition.
