I used to do the corresponding with international companies and all other company's internal office affairs and also warehouse handling and archiving documents and managing company's bank transaction, submitting proforma invoice, e-mail marketing and other office works.
Achievements: I solved an issue for the company that had not been solved for 7 years as soon as I got hired in the company. the case was that the company had remitted $20,000 dollars as prepayment for an order but the seller company was denying to have received that payment. I corresponded with them and convinced them that the prepayment was made and paid the rest of the amount and received the goods ASAP. I also got a reward for doing that.
