I joined TELUS International Philippines as an Auditor to monitor and measure the quality of inbound customer service calls and any technical related calls. Later, I moved to a job offer as a finance associate at Medialyze Promotion & Resources Marketing Inc. Although it was in a different field, I have learned to secure funds and personal information of multiple Chinese accounts and ensure that there were no lapses in their database. Then, I was invited to join XOO Inc. I was hired for a game support project to lead under the Customer Support Team. And then I was recommended by XOO Inc. to work as an Industrial Engineer (OFW) in Japan under Adecco Ltd. where I am responsible to test and ensure the quality of products provided by the clients.
