Managed and supervised funds transfer (B2B and B2C). Prepared monthly bank reconciliation reports, handled all back-end company's portal treasury operations, managed and coordinated I.A.T.A. ‘s B.S.P.(Billing Settlement Plan) portal and handled all account receivables and payables worth over $800,000. Resolved queries on all daily payments by cash and cheques and e-payments, managed and oversees multi-million local and international inter-bank transfers effectively and Prepared daily/weekly revenue analysis for senior management.

Managed and controlled all accounting directives encompassing joint treasury, inter-group transfers, cash management, expenditure management and CAPEX procedures, tax remittance and regulatory compliance, letters of credit, bank loan compliance, and inventory costing. Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, fixed asset registers and periodic financial statements, also reconciled bank statements for the entire group. Managed vendor relationships for the company and significantly decreased the receivables turnover period from 60 to 14 days.

Monitored customer account details and identified and investigated non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Followed up on debts/aged debts, ensured reconciliations, organized recovery system, and initiated debt collection efforts. Verified bills and vouchers, prepared and processed payment for the same & performed billing, payment allocation, collection and activity reporting following established protocols, to tight deadlines.

I developed a business model that attracted over N50 million in funding. Effectively led, planned, coordinated and directed all operations of the SBUs to an MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) of seven figures. Created & digitised the entire treasury operations (Cash Operations, Point of Sale and Cash operations) for all the S.B.U’s.

Prepared comprehensive financial reports for the past two years and maintained up-to-date records for the current fiscal year. I mplemented digitalization of the payment process, ensuring seamless transactions and timely invoicing for customers. Ensured compliance with both Federal and State tax regulations.
