Gather, analyze and present data to Executives and Operations that will help them identify lapses in performance. Work with different departments, e.g. Finance, Workforce, Human Resources, Corporate Security, and assist them in their reporting needs to ensure that everyone is keeping track of their internal performance. Create and update reports that would impact overall company performance/scorecard.

Provide ad hoc reports requested by Executives regarding company performance based on their specifications in a timely manner. Prepare analysis based on reports requested to help Executives create appropriate action plans that will improve company performance.

Keep track of staffing capacity per interval and take note of factors that affected headcount. Work with Operations and IT for any system outage to execute business continuity plans. Create and update reports that help Operations keep track of their Absenteeism and Staffing conditions.
