I organized and supervised the installation of free Sato Pan toilets in 1,000 homes across Katsina State, Nigeria. The project was a resounding success touching the lives of people in some of the most remote places in the state.

As an Executive Assistant, I support the two highest-ranking officials in the state chapter, The Chairman and The Secretary. I support them with all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, data collection, data entry, correspondence management, budget planning and management, etc. I also serve as the primary customer support personnel handling all external and internal inquiries and ensuring they are managed effectively. I brought some order to what was a chaotic system, created a database for all members (more than 40,000), and bridged the gap between management, stakeholders, and the general community by ensuring the door is always open for anyone to voice his complain and be heard irrespective of his status within or outside the association.
