• Formulate and implemented strategies to engage and expand the community, with responsibilities including managing online forums, onboarding professionalist teams to channel our Clint's expertise, and coordinating community development. • Analytics and Reporting: Track and evaluate community metrics to gauge the success of engagement strategies. Deliver regular reports and insights to the team to support ongoing improvements, Tracking and overseeing the activities of our hired staff to ensure active engagement and productivity within our clients project communities. • Recruit, train, and manage community ambassadors and moderators. Provide guidance and support to ensure they effectively represent our brand and uphold community standards • Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, including AMA sessions, events, and discussions. Address community inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Foster a welcoming and professional environment by interacting positively with community members, sharing accurate infomation, and offering direct links to official resources like the D3fenders Gitbook (whitepapper) and Medium (FAQ articles. • Monitor chat to prevent spamming, trolling and inappropriate content. • Interact with community members warmly and professionally to foster a positive atmosphere. • Organize and host community events, such as quizzes, games and riddles.

• Moderate and engage the Duet community on Discord and Telegram. • Active Responds to community questions and feedback, • Excellent communication and conflict management. • Demonstrated experience in organizing events and activities, including managing reward based initiatives for member recognition and prize distribution. • Strong blockchain knowledge or experience. • Formulate and carry out initiatives aimed at growing the community.
