About me
DUN CONCHA ABIERA is an advocate and a nation-builder who has been volunteering and working for the development sector for 10 years. She is a graduate of the International Studies program Cum Laude (with honors) at Ateneo de Davao University and studied Environmental Preservation and Peacebuilding under the Philippine Youth Leadership Program (PYLP) at Northern Illinois University. In 2020, she became the incumbent Youth Coordinator for Asia and the Pacific for the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Alliance Committee, where she coordinated activities with UNESCO, such as the Global MIL Week and MIL Clicks Fete joined by almost 100 countries all over the world. Currently, she is the CEO and Managing Director of a multinational marketing agency, Work Beyond Borders. A digital nomad in pursuit of educating and empowering youth leaders with the use of social media and creating sustainable development projects resolving pressing issues in the Philippines and beyond.
